We do interval training by incorporating HIlT (high-intensity interval training) into our sessions. This scientifically proven method increases your basal metabolic rate also known as the 'afterburn effect,' conditioning your body to burn calories hours after you exercise.
At Fast Lean Fit™, we do the most effective weight exercises called compound exercises (squats, kettle bells, bench presses, etc.). Compound exercises involve and activate multiple muscle groups that give you a toned and sculpted body look without the bulk.
We help our clients improve flexibility, movement & stability, and balance. By utilizing the Bosu® ball, medicine balls, battle ropes, resistance bands, and many other training tools, we extend your range of motion to lengthen and your body to lean out.
